Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, provided the item is:

Returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, modified or returned without their original packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as FARRINGTON cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
